Welcome to the Mohonk Mountain House! Mohonk lays peacefully in Hudson Valley, 90 miles north of New York City. This historic landmark was founded in 1869 and is surrounded by 40,000 acres of pristine forest.

Meet the Chef
Audrey Billups. Culinary Institute of America Grad ’04. Worked as pastry Sous Chef at Michelin starred Marea and Ai Fiori in New York City, and was Pastry Chef at Jean-Georges Topping Rose House in the Hamptons prior to coming to Mohonk in 2019. Pay rates
F&B – $16 – $27/ hour
Rooms – $17.75/hour
Food & Bev and Rooms programs $2000 commitment, $1500 reimbursed during program payroll deduction ($500 sponsorship)
Housing
Accommodation is provided as part of this program.
$86.50/week for Culinary/Pastry/F&B
$112.70/week for Rooms Division
Dorm-style furnished housing; single units w/ private bathrooms. 3-meals a day included in rent.
