The Pastry Training Program provides university students and young professionals with the opportunity to train with award-winning restaurants and hotels for a period of 3+ months (depending on school requirements). An intensive culinary training program in Patisserie based on the Classical Continental Cuisine that incorporates all basic to advanced skills & knowledge necessary for Commercial Food Production Operations.
The Food and Beverage Training Program provides university students and young professionals with the opportunity to train with award-winning restaurants and hotels for a period of 3+ months (depending on school requirements). Rotations on this program could include:

The Housekeeping Operations program will be in the operational department in a hotel. On this program, you will be exposed to all aspects that give the guest a perfect stay in a hotel room. The housekeeping department is responsible for cleanliness, maintenance, aesthetic upkeep of rooms, public area, back area and surroundings. A hotel survives on the sale of room, food, beverages and other minor services such as the laundry, health club spa and so on.
Participants on a rooms division program will be provided with a range of learning opportunities throughout the year, gaining exposure to a range of front-desk and concierge operations, as well as supervisory elements built into the program. Guest check-in and room assignments, operating a telephone switchboard system, running and checking daily reports, processing all guest requests and concerns, and providing excellent guest service at all times will become part of the everyday responsibilities in this role.
As a Culinary Arts and Pastry Intern/Trainee on the Reynolds Lake Oconee program the focus will be on your personal growth and development.
